This free, full-day event is open to advisors, undergraduate students, and graduate students. Check-in will begin at 7:30 AM. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Accommodations Information

There are several accessible parking spots (campus map). There will be minimal walking between breakout sessions; however there will be a campus tour. The tour is a walking tour that will include climbing stairs. The tour will last approximately one hour. Please let us know if there is a need for accessibility accommodations so we can take this into consideration when planning your experience on campus.
